Refund policy
Last updated 30 Oct 2026
This page explains when you get your money back and how.
Match postponed
Your ticket stays valid for the new date. You do not need to do anything. No refund is given for a postponed match.
Match cancelled
You get a full refund of everything you paid, including the convenience fee.
Online payments go back to the card, UPI or bank account you paid with, through Razorpay. This usually takes 5 to 7 working days after the refund is started.
Counter tickets are refunded in cash at [to be confirmed]. Bring the printed ticket.
Match abandoned after kick-off
No refund is given once a match has started, including when it is stopped because of weather, light or crowd trouble.
Season pass
If matches covered by your season pass are cancelled, you get back the pass price divided by the number of matches it covers, for each cancelled match, rounded down to the rupee.
Example: a ₹300 pass that covers 7 matches gets ₹42 back for each cancelled match. The convenience fee is not refunded for a partial refund.
Personal reasons
We cannot refund tickets you no longer want or cannot use, or tickets someone else used after you shared the QR code.
How refunds happen
You do not need to apply. When a match is cancelled, the organisers start refunds for every affected online order, and your ticket page shows the ticket as refunded.
If your money has not arrived 10 working days after the cancellation was announced, contact us with your order code.
Money taken but no ticket
First open Find my tickets and enter your mobile number with your order code or the payment ID from your payment message. Tickets can take a few minutes to appear.
If there is still no ticket after 30 minutes, contact us with the payment ID. A payment that did not complete a booking is refunded in full.
