Terms of service
Last updated 30 Oct 2026
These terms apply when you buy or use a ticket sold on ConfirmMyShow, such as the KC Paul Tournament 2026. Please read them before you pay.
About these terms
The tournament is organised by [to be confirmed] ([to be confirmed]), [to be confirmed].
By buying or using a ticket, you agree to these terms, the refund policy and the privacy policy.
Your ticket
A match ticket lets one person enter one match, once. A season pass lets one person enter every match of the tournament, including the final, once per match.
Each ticket has its own QR code. It works at the gate only once for each match. If someone copies or screenshots your QR code and uses it first, your ticket will not work. Keep your QR code private.
You may give your ticket to someone else. We do not check ID at the gate.
There is no re-entry. Once you leave the ground, your ticket cannot be used again for that match. Accreditation passes for players, officials, media and guests are the only exception.
Children under 10 enter free and do not need a ticket.
Prices and fees
Ticket prices include all taxes.
When you buy online, a convenience fee is added: ₹5 for each ticket priced up to ₹100, ₹10 for each ticket priced up to ₹500, ₹15 for each season pass. You see the full amount before you pay. There is no fee at the counter.
Online, you can buy up to 6 tickets per mobile number for each match. Online sales for a match close at kick-off.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see your card, UPI or bank login details.
At the ground
Gates open 120 minutes before kick-off and close at half-time.
Bottles and bags larger than [to be confirmed] are not allowed inside.
Show your QR code at the gate shown on your ticket, with your screen brightness turned up.
The organisers and the police may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who puts others at risk. A ticket used in this way is not refunded.
If you lose your phone or ticket
Open Find my tickets on any phone and enter your mobile number and order code. Your ticket page shows your QR code again.
Match changes
If a match is postponed, cancelled or abandoned, the refund policy applies. We announce changes on this website and through the organisers' WhatsApp groups.
Your safety and belongings
You attend at your own risk. The organisers are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where the law says otherwise.
Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard by the courts at [to be confirmed].
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not apply to tickets already used.
